Hat Yai Sungai Kolok Train Times and Fares

The Hat Yai Sungai Kolok Train takes you to and from Thailand's southern city to the border with Malaysia, which you can walk across from Sungai Kolok railway station and then connect to buses to Kota Bharu, buses and ferries to the Perhentian Islands, or join Malaysia's "Jungle Rail Line", which travels through the heart of Malaysia, all the way down to Singapore.

Please note: these trains travel through Thailand's troubled Southern provinces, and you should seek the latest information before thinking about travelling through this region. Trains have been attacked in the past on this route, so if you are worried about the situation, seek alternative travel arrangements and take the train into Malaysia via the "safe route" from Hat Yai to Padang Besar.
