By taking the MRT Sungai Buloh to Merdeka train, you can connect to the LRT Sri Petaling Line and the LRT Ampang Line from Plaza Rakyat LRT station which is connected to Merdeka station by a 180 metre, air-conditioned pedestrian walkway (all within the paid area).

If you are transferring to the LRT train at Plaza Rakyat, you should buy your ticket to your final destination and not just to Merdeka otherwise you will have to leave the paid area of the station, buy another ticket, then rejoin the paid area to get to Plaza Rakyat.
The "Cash Price" fare is the price you pay when purchasing your tickets (in the form of a token) from the vending machines at Sungai Buloh MRT station.
The "Cashless" price is the fare you pay if you have already purchased a prepaid RapidKL Touch n Go card.

The last MRT train service from Sungai Buloh to Merdeka leaves at:
23:30 from Monday to Saturday.
23:00 on Sunday and public holidays.
MRT train departures are at very frequent intervals with trains departing every 4 minutes during peak hours to every 7 to 10 minutes at other times of the day and the early evening.
In the late evening, trains depart every 15 minutes.
At weekends and during Malaysian public holidays, train departures are slightly less frequent.
