Taking the MRT Sungai Buloh to TBS / Bandar Tasik Selatan (BTS) LRT station is a good way to travel to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS Bus Station) by train.
First, you have to take the SBK MRT Line from Sungai Buloh to Merdeka integrated station and then (staying within the "paid area" walk the short distance to Plaza Rakyat LRT station and take the LRT Sri Petaling Line from Plaza Rakyat to TBS / BTS.
The duration of the journey by train from MRT Sungai Buloh to Bandar Tasik Selatan station should take you around an hour.
37 minutes from Sg Buloh to Merdeka.
Take the short walk (180 metres) within the paid area to Plaza Rakyat LRT train and wait for the next LRT train.
Then it is another 18 minutes journey from Plaza Rakyat to Bandar Tasik Selatan.
You can then walk from the Bandar Tasik Selatan train station directly into the TBS bus terminal building in just a couple of minutes using the pedestrian link bridge.

The other option to get to TBS bus station from Sungai Buloh by train is to take a KTM Komuter train from Sungai Buloh to TBS Bus Station / Bandar Tasik Selatan.
If you travel this way, you will first have to take a train on the Port Klang Line from Sungai Buloh to KL Sentral, then take another KTM Komuter train on the Seremban Line from KL Sentral to TBS / BTS.
From Sungai Buloh integrated railway station, take an MRT train heading in the direction of Kajang on the SBK MRT Line to Merdeka.

Staying within the paid area of the station, transfer to the Plaza Rakyat LRT station and take the LRT Sri Petaling Line train heading in the direction of Putra Heights to Bandar Tasik Selatan integrated station.

As both MRT and LRT trains are operated by RapidKL, you only need one ticket to get to your destination.

From Plaza Rakyat station, LRT trains depart every 3 to 8 minutes during the day and early evening, slowing to every 14 minutes in the late evening.
