Taking a KTM Komuter train from Tiroi Komuter Train Station you can travel to the following stations (in order of the nearest station to furthest station):
Stations to the north of Tiroi (towards Kuala Lumpur city centre):
Labu, Batang Benar, Bangi, UKM (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia), Kajang, Serdang, Bandar Tasek Selatan (located next to TBS Bus Terminal for long-distance coach services or you can change to LRT trains to KL city centre or KLIA transit to KUL International Airport - KLIA / KLIA2), Salak Selatan, Seputeh, Mid Valley, KL Sentral (for all ETS services to the north or change on to the Tanjun Malim to Port Klang Komuter Line), Kuala Lumpur Old Railway Station, Bank Negara, Putra, Sentul, Batu Kentonmen, Kampung Batu, Taman Wahyu and Batu Caves.
Travelling south of Tiroi, you can get to the following stations:
Seremban, Senawang, Sungai Gadut, Rembau and Tampin / Pulau Sebang.
From Tampin / Pulau Sebang you can connect to the Shuttle train service to JB Sentral in Johor state, then take another short 5 minute train ride into Singapore Woodlands CIQ.

The fast, long-distance ETS train services do not stop at Tiroi station.
The nearest ETS station to Tiroi is at Seremban but services from here are very limited
If you do want to take an ETS train to the north of Malaysia from Tiroi we recommend that you travel by KTM Komuter train to KL Sentral Railway Station first as all ETS services either originate or stop here (just make sure you have an ETS ticket booked before arriving at KL Sentral).
