You buy your tickets in the form of tokens which let you pass through the departure gates.
To purchase tokens just go to the KTM Komuter ticket counter located on the main concourse of KL Sentral station (just look for the big KTM Komuter sign).
Once you have your token, you can then take the next train heading south towards Tampin / Pulau Sebang

If you want to avoid the crowds and have a good chance of getting a seat, travel during the off-peak times and not during the rush hours of the early morning and late afternoon when trains will be full of commuters travelling to/from work.
