The fastest way to get from Kampar to Penang Island (Pulau Pinang) is to take one of the ETS Kampar to Butterworth train services operated by Malaysian Railways Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTM / KTMB).
The duration of the journey (tempoh perjalanan) by train from Kampar to Butterworth (Penang Sentral) takes a little over two hours to cover the roughly 180 km distance (jarak) between Kampar and Penang Sentral.
