KTM Batang Melaka Schedule 2026
ETS to KL Sentral - JB
The KTM Batang Melaka Railway Station (Stesen Keretapi Batang Melaka) is located on the border of the Melaka and Negeri Sembilan states of Malaysia and is served by KTM trains on the West Coast Line (North - South Line).
From the start of 2026, all the Shuttle Train Services between Gemas and JB are replaced by the new, much faster ETS trains.

ETS Batang Melaka Trains
The KTM ETS train service now runs from JB Sentral in Johor Bahru all the way to the Malaysia/Thailand border station of Padang Besar.
You can use these trains to travel north from Batang Melaka to KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Butterworth Penang Sentral, Alor Setar and Arau (for boats to Langkawi Island) or all the way up to Thailand.
You can also use use these services to travel from Batang Melaka by train to the southern states of Malaysia, stopping at:
Gemas, Segamat, Labis, Bekok, Paloh, Kluang, Renggam, Layang-Layang, Kulai and Kempas Baru before terminating at JB Sentral.

To travel from Batang Melaka to Singapore by train, you will have to change trains at JB Sentral Station where there is a regular 5-minute Shuttle Train over to Woodlands Railway Station in Singapore.
