A cheap way to travel from Seksyen 19 Shah Alam to TBS bus station (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) is to travel by the KTM Komuter train operated by Malaysia Railways, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad.
To get to TBS, you have to take the train to Bandar Tasik Selatan railway station (BTS), then it is just a short walk over to the bus terminal which is directly connected to the train station by an elevated footbridge.

An alternative way to get to TBS bus station from Shah Alam is by LRT train, taking one of the following routes:
Take the KTM Komuter train from Shah Alam to Subang Jaya >
You can then take an LRT train from Subang Jaya to to Masjid Jamek on the Kelana Jaya LRT Line (approximately 34 minutes).
From Masjid Jamek to Bandar Tasik Selatan you then transfer to the Sri Petaling LRT Line (approximately 20 minutes).
Another slightly longer but less crowded route is to take the LRT train from Subang Jaya to Putra Heights (approximately 22 minutes).
At Putra Heights station, you then change onto the Sri Petaling Line to Bandar Tasik Selatan station (approximately 40 minutes).
