To get from Seksyen 19 Shah Alam to Batu Caves using public transport, the easiest and most direct way to travel is to take a KTM Komuter (commuter) train service operated by Malaysia Railways (Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad).
There are no longer any direct services to Batu Caves from Shah Alam so you will first have to take a train heading to KL on the Port Klang Line (Laluan Pelabuhan Klang), then change onto another KTM Komuter train on the Tampin - Batu Caves Line.
