The KTM Kuala Krai railway station (stesen keretapi Kuala Krai) is located in the state of Kelantan in north-east Peninsular Malaysia and is a major stop on the East Coast Line (sometimes called the Jungle Railway Line).
Kuala Krai KTM train station is served by Malaysia Railways, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB / KTM) train services, with long-distance Intercity (Antarabandar) trains stopping here as well as local Shuttle trains.

The KTM Shuttle trains to Kuala Krai operate between Tumpat in the north and Gua Musang to the south stopping at dozens of stations along the route.
The Intercity Ekspres Rakyat Timuran train (ERT) stops at only the larger stations on the East Coast Line, stopping at the following stations on its route:

- Jerantut (gateway to the Taman Negara National Park)

- Mentakab
- Triang
- Kemayan
- Bahau
- Gemas (connections for ETS trains to KL Sentral Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Ipoh...)
- Johor Bahru, JB Sentral station - Terminal station.

If you want to travel on the long-distance Ekspres Rakyat Timuran Intercity train you should plan ahead and book your tickets as far in advance as you can to make sure you can travel on the date you want.

1) Visit any mainline KTM Intercity / ETS railway station ticket counter.
Tickets for the local Shuttle trains (SH) are only sold at the train station.
