Kuala Lipis KTM train station is served by the long-distance Intercity (Antarabandar) Ekspres Rakyat Timuran train and local Shuttle trains.

Travelling by KTM Shuttle trains to/from Kuala Lipis, you can get all the way to the terminal station on this route at Tumpat in Kelantan (with a change at Gua Musang).
Travelling by the Ekspres Rakyat Timuran Intercity train (ERT) that travels between Johor Bahru and Tumpat, you can get to the following stations from Kuala Lipis:
From Kuala Lipis to the north:
- Merapoh
From Kuala Lipis to the south:
- Kerambit
- Jerantut (for the Taman Negara National Park)
- Kuala Krau
- Mentakab
- Triang
- Kemayan
- Bahau
- Gemas (Junction with the West Coast Line and the fast ETS trains to KL Sentral Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Ipoh...)
- Johor Bahru, JB Sentral station - Terminal station.
For all destination along the West Coast Line, change at Gemas railway station to take an ETS (Electric Train Service) to anywhere along this route up to Padang Besar on the border with Thailand.

If you are planning to travel by the Ekspres Rakyat Timuran Intercity train you really should book your tickets in advance to make sure you can get a seat / berth on the date you want to travel.
